ROAD TRIP - DAY 6 (5-14-2012)

Moses Lake, Washington to Kirkland, Washington.
About 200 miles, 4 hours.

The last piece of the puzzle. We had just few hours left to go. Last miles driven on West 90 freeway. Our plan was to take small detour and drive thru scenic highway number 2. Well ... still boring and kind of flat.
Heading towards Wenatchee, Washington. That was a place, where we had chance to be. We decided not to go there and now we were going to see the town.

It was not bad, bad the town is kind of small and everything is so far. And we saw mountains again.

Shortly after we left Wenatchee, we saw something else. Town of Leavenworth. Something like small Bavarian town in the middle of mountains. It was definitely interesting.

Even the sign is "Bavarian".
And the price of gas is ... more.

And it is still hilly.

And it is still snowy.

More driving up and down hill. We just wanted to arrive to Kirkland. Along the way, we saw sign for Deception Falls. The parking area was closed, but we stopped anyway and went to see it. It was worth it.

Still tired of driving
Still hilly.
Getting close.
 Getting closer.

And ... done.

We drove by hospital, where J is going to work.
The weather was really nice, maybe just too warm.
Moving all our stuff into the apartment. Too hot.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.

Looking for grocery store, finding two "organic and high end" stores.

Later founding Safeway and Costco.
Unpacking a bit and falling asleep.
